The timely and accurate diagnosis of suspicious cases is a key part of controlling the SARS-CoV-2 outbreak. Meanwhile the development of vaccines and antibodies is urgently needed too. To speed up the detection and therapeutic research of this novel coronavirus, we synthesized the genes that can be used as positive control for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 by RT-PCR, genes encoding the surface glycoprotein and nucleocapsid phosphoprotein of SARS-CoV-2, and Homo sapiens angiotensin I converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) for vaccine and antibody development.
