Chinese COVID-19 Vaccine Still Works for P.1 Variant

The study data of health care workers in Brazil indicate that single dose of Chinese COVID-19 vaccine CoronaVac still works for protecting people from symptomatic COVID-19 mainly caused by the highly transmissible variant known as P.1, showing that the mutations of SARS-CoV-2 has not change its immunogenicity and the vaccine is still effective for inducing immune responses against virus infection.
