Interested in a method or technology as an alternative to drug selection or dilution cloning to select positive clones expressing a gene such as FLP-FRT recombination or CRISPR ideally with a platform with bioluminescence or non-fluorescents alternative. Are any cell sorting machines useful for non-fluorescents capabilities?
