Why has Dubai become such an attractive destination for foreign investors?

I think it’s the combination of safety, stability, and clear property laws. I bought a small apartment in Business Bay two years ago, and it’s already appreciated nicely. What I liked most was how simple the buying process was, even as a foreigner. There’s a lot of useful info about Real estate investment in Dubai — I checked it before making my decision. The city just has this mix of luxury lifestyle and serious financial opportunity that’s hard to find elsewhere.

I have a friend who moved there for work and ended up staying longer than planned. He keeps saying it’s not just about the business scene — the quality of life is genuinely good. The city is super organized, clean, and surprisingly family-friendly. Even though it looks all futuristic and high-end, there are still plenty of affordable spots if you know where to look.

I recently came back from Dubai and honestly, I was amazed by how fast everything is growing there. It feels like every few months there’s a new district or skyscraper popping up. I met a few people who’ve already bought apartments and said it’s a great place for long-term investment because of the zero income tax and modern infrastructure. I’m just curious — what exactly makes Dubai so appealing to investors compared to other cities like Lisbon or Miami?
