The Tocopherol Price Trend in Q2 2026 showed a clear difference between product grades and end-use industries. While Feed Grade Vitamin E experienced a sharp increase because of tighter supply and stronger livestock-sector demand, Food Grade 50% CWS remained almost unchanged. At the same time, high-purity Food Grade Oil recorded a healthy increase as pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and nutraceutical demand continued to grow. These different movements show how supply conditions, buying patterns, and downstream consumption can influence the market in different ways.
Tocopherol, commonly associated with Vitamin E, is used across several industries. It plays an important role in animal nutrition, food fortification, dietary supplements, pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, and nutraceutical formulations.
Because the material is used for such different purposes, its price does not always move in one direction. One grade may become more expensive because feed manufacturers are buying more material, while another grade can remain stable because buyers have enough inventory.
This was particularly visible during Q2 2026. The quarter did not show one uniform market direction. Instead, the Tocopherol Prices moved differently depending on grade and application.
The three important products considered during the quarter were Feed Grade 50% Powder, Food Grade 50% CWS Powder, and Food Grade Oil 98% USP/FCC Liquid.
