Scalable Lentiviral Vector Manufacturing Using Suspension Cell Line

Lentiviral vector is most wildly investigated deliver vehicles in the advanced therapy products. Fueled by recent successes of marked cell therapy products, the demand in high-quality and large-amount lentiviarl vector is also becoming greater. Therefore, there is an urgent need for stable and scalable lentiviral vector manufacturing. GenScript ProBio is dedicated in developing platforms to produce lentiviral vector using our proprietary suspension cell line PowerS™-293T. We will share our cases and experience in dealing with these challenges in lentiviral vector manufacturing.
