Problems using Cec BD-5200 (user manual)

Friends, I bought a Cec BD-5200 belt-driven vinyl record player a month ago and I've already had some problems while using it. It seems to me that the speed of music playback is a bit fluctuating, could it be some kind of problem with the belt? Does it need to be completely replaced or cleaned somehow so that the disc spins normally? I looked at the service manual for Cec BD-5200 on the ManualMachine website, but I don't understand instructions well, so I wanted to ask you, maybe you can explain in simple words how to fix it for me. I also wanted to know how to properly adjust the needle weight so as not to accidentally ruin the record? To be honest, this is what I'm most afraid of.

Are you currently using an original rubber belt or a third-party replacement for your turntable? Speed instability on the Cec BD-5200 is often caused by a worn or oily belt; you can try cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol, but if it has stretched, a total replacement is necessary. Regarding the needle, adjust the counterweight until the tonearm floats level, then set the scale to the specific tracking force recommended for your cartridge. For precise calibration, refer to the diagrams to ensure the anti-skating is also set correctly to prevent record wear.
