How to verify an Interpol notice safely?

Hi everyone. I’m in a bit of a paranoid state lately. A former business partner from back home (Central Asia) has been sending me threatening messages, claiming he’s filed a criminal complaint against me for "financial irregularities." I’ve lived in the UK for five years and haven't done anything wrong, but I know how easily things can be manipulated back there. I’ve been looking for ways to check if there is an actual warrant or a Red Notice in my name without alerting the authorities or making the situation worse. I found some information when I decided to visit extraditionlawyers.net and they seem to specialize in exactly this kind of international mess. Has anyone here actually used a specialized firm to do a "silent" check on their Interpol status? Is it 100% safe, or is there a risk that the inquiry itself could trigger an alert? I have a family trip to Dubai coming up and I'm terrified of being stopped at the border.

I totally understand your anxiety—international warrants are a nightmare because they can stay hidden until the moment you scan your passport. To answer your question: yes, it is absolutely safer to go through specialized lawyers than to try and "check" anything yourself through official police channels. Firms that deal with Interpol daily have protocols to query the Commission for the Control of Interpol’s Files (CCF) without triggering an immediate arrest. If you’ve already been looking at that site, you've likely seen that they focus on "preventative" defense. They can usually tell you if a notice exists and, more importantly, if it’s "legal" under Interpol’s own rules (which forbid political or purely commercial cases). My advice? Don't go to Dubai until you have a clear answer. Middle Eastern hubs are notorious for being very efficient at executing Interpol requests immediately.

Thank you so much for the warning about Dubai, that’s exactly what I needed to know before making a huge mistake!
