Tried the application for several weeks. The interface is calm, the tasks are small - and it’s convenient. But I think some courses could be a little deeper or more interactive.


It seems to me that Liven is a good tool for those who want to understand themselves better, but are not ready to go straight to the therapist. Liked mood tracker - really helps to track patterns of emotional states.
