Accelerate COVID-19 Antibody Development via Single B Cell Screening

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused great devastation throughout the world, and effective solutions to clinically detect the virus are urgently needed. Antibody tests can tell us who has had the disease, including asymptomatic individuals and people who only exhibited minor symptoms. These tests also allow us to quantify the number of people who have been infected, the number of deaths due to this disease, as well as the level of herd immunity in the population. In working towards developing a COVID-19 antibody testing solution, we combined the unique advantages of GenScript's MonoRab™ service and the Beacon single cell sorting platform to generate high quality, highly diverse rabbit monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) towards the SARS-CoV-2 RBD domain.
