I’ve been thinking about something a bit unusual, and I’m curious if anyone else has tried it. Do you think AI undressing tools could actually be used for artistic projects instead of the usual NSFW stuff people associate them with? I mean things like exploring anatomy for sketch practice, restoring damaged art, or experimenting with layered clothing concepts. I’m not talking about anything shady https://hornyai.com/ai-clothes-remover — more about whether anyone has creatively repurposed these tools for something that feels more like art than anything explicit.

That’s actually an interesting angle. I haven’t used those tools myself, but I can see how they could help with studies or concept work if someone stays within ethical boundaries. The tech is still rough in places, so I guess it works best when you treat the results like loose references
The results were interesting: sometimes too stylized, sometimes surprisingly anatomical, depending on the lighting and the clothing texture. The key thing is that you have to choose photos carefully. If the folds of the fabric are too heavy or the pose is odd, the AI tends to “guess” in weird ways, and that doesn’t help for art. But when you work with clean photos, it can actually give a decent base shape for sketching. Obviously, you need to keep the ethics in mind — only using images you have rights to, nothing random from the internet. But in controlled projects or with your own photos, it’s kind of a legitimate tool, even if people don’t talk about it much because of the stigma.
