New here — I'm a physiotherapist based in Winnipeg, and I ended up on this forum while reading through some old threads on injury recovery and posture. Figured I'd introduce myself instead of just lurking.

Happy to jump in on anything related to pain management, injury recovery, posture, or general movement/mobility questions if it's useful to anyone — that's what I do all day, so feel free to ask.

Just to be upfront: I work at Bridgewater Physiotherapy in Winnipeg, so I'll keep my answers general and try not to turn this into an ad for the clinic — just here to actually help where I can.
