Shihui Yang

Prof. YANG received a Ph.D. degree in Microbiology from the University of California at Riverside in 2005, and his research interest focuses on metabolic engineering, synthetic biology, and renewable bioproducts. He has published 68 papers in prestigious journals including Nature Biotechnology and PNAS (https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Shihui_YANG) with a citation of more than 2500 and H-index of 29 (Google scholar). He also serves the scientific community as an editor of international journals such as PLoS ONE, Energies, Frontiers in Microbiology, Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology, and Frontiers in Energy Research; and a reviewer for journals like Science, PNAS, PLoS Genetics, and Biotechnology for Biofuels.
