    The plasmid encodes anti-sense RNA molecules for the sgRNA sequences from the CRISPRi plasmid. The plasmid contains the anti-sgRNA sequecnces with a pLux promoter, mRFP with a pLac promoter, LuxR and decoy binding sites for the dCas9:sgRNA from the CRISPRi plasmid.
