Anti-TF Antigen Peptide P30-1

Description:

The fragment IVWHRWYAWSPASRI shows superior binding to the surfaces of cultured human breast (MDA-MB-435) and prostate (DU 145, LNCaP) carcinoma cell lines displaying the TF antigen. It potently inhibits metastasis-related homotypic aggregation of cultured carcinoma cells.
