Biotin - beta - Amyloid (25 - 35)

Description:

This peptide is amino acids 25 to 35 fragment of the β-amyloid biotinylated at C-terminal. It can be used as a model system to study the conformational changes related to Alzheimer's disease. There is evidence that the monomeric form of the peptide itself may be cytotoxic.
