C - Type Natriuretic Peptide (32 - 53) (human, porcine)

Description:

C-type Natriuretic Peptide (CNP) is the most highly conserved of natriuretic peptides between species. It is derived from a 126 amino acid preprohormone. It is a vasorelaxant and inhibitor of smooth muscle cell proliferation and may be involved in coagulation and fibrinogenesis by modulating endothelial cells.
